André Audet, Chairman

Mr. Audet was formerly a Vice-President at BMO Nesbitt Burns specializing in private portfolios and mining investments from 1989-1999; he was also a Financial Advisor at Midland Doherty and Royal Trust from 1987-1989. Mr. Audet graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Major in Finance) from the University of Ottawa in 1982. Mr. Audet is a Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and possesses more than twenty-five years of experience in the financing of public companies.

Mr. Audet was one of the founders of Orezone Resources Inc., a mining company whose shares are publicly traded on the TSX as well as on AMEX. Mr. Audet is the Chairman of the Board of Majescor Resources Inc. & Adventure Gold Inc. as well as a Director of Mazorro Resources Inc., three publicly-traded junior mining exploration companies.  Mr. Audet is also a Director of Pediment Exploration Inc., a publicly-traded mining exploration company.

Michael Farrant

Mr. Farrant is a chartered accountant with 15 years of experience in gold mining, including President & CEO of Sierra Mineral Inc., a TSX listed Mexican gold producer after having served as CFO of a number of junior development stage and producing mining companies. During his 6 years with Barrick Gold Corporation and 3 years with Kinross Gold Corporation, he held progressively senior finance positions, including Vice-President and Treasurer of Kinross. He currently serves as President & CEO of Commonwealth Silver and Gold Mining Inc. and Buena Vista Gold Inc., private companies with projects in Arizona and Nevada, respectively. Mr. Farrant holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors, from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and earned his CA designation in 1995 while with Coopers & Lybrand.

Keith Stein

Mr. Keith Stein, a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, was called to the Bar in 1989. He has taught at the Law Society of Upper Canada and York University.
Mr. Stein is Counsel for the law firm Heenan Blaikie in Toronto. From 2004 to 2008, he was a senior executive with Magna International Inc. and continued to act as a consultant until November 2010. Prior to becoming a consultant, He held the position of Senior Vice-President of Corporate Affairs at Magna International and, before joining Magna, he was Senior Corporate Counsel for Toyota Canada and Toyota Credit Canada.
He is actively involved in the resource sector including oil and gas projects in Western Canada and mineral exploration efforts in South America. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Alder Resources (TSX Venture: ALR) and has been a founding director of three capital pool companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
  

Steven Mintz

Mr. Steven Mintz, a graduate of the University of Toronto, went into public accounting for a large accounting firm from 1989 until 1992. He obtained his C.A. designation in June of 1992 and his Trustee in Bankruptcy license in 1995.
In June 1992, he became employed by a boutique bankruptcy and insolvency firm where he was employed until January 1997 at which time he became a self-employed financial consultant serving both private individuals and companies as well as public companies in a variety of industries including mining, oil and gas, real estate, and investment strategies.  In 1999, he began working on tax and investment strategies with clients and has been working extensively on successful strategies ever since.
Mr. Mintz is currently working as President of St. Germain Capital Corp., a private consulting and investment firm. He is also currently a director of Pounder Venture Capital Corp., Brownstone Energy Inc., Carlisle Goldfields Ltd., and he is also President and director of Stream Ventures Inc.
  

Salvador B. Brouwer


Mr. Salvador B. Brouwer is one of the most experienced exploration and mining geologist of the Dominican Republic (D.R.) with a successful record in discoveries in volcanogenic massive sulphides (VMS), precious metal epithermals and porphyries.

Mr. Brouwer spent 30 years working for Falconbridge in Canada and the Americas. He was also part of the team that resulted in the discovery of Cerro de Maimon, currently under exploitation by Perilya, and several other discoveries such as Loma Pesada, Cerro Kiosco, Dona Amanda y Anomalia B.

After retiring, Mr. Brouwer founded Brouwer & Associates and became a consultant for several exploration companies and a director of several international corporations. Mr. Brouwer is founding member of the Dominican Geological Society and was the second President of the Dominican Mining Chamber.
