André Audet, President & CEO, Chairman

Mr. Audet was formerly a Vice-President at BMO Nesbitt Burns specializing in private portfolios and mining investments from 1989-1999; he was also a Financial Advisor at Midland Doherty and Royal Trust from 1987-1989. Mr. Audet graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Major in Finance) from the University of Ottawa in 1982. Mr. Audet is a Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and possesses more than twenty years of experience in the financing of public companies.

Mr. Audet was one of the founders of Orezone Resources Inc., a mining company whose shares are publicly traded on the TSX as well as on AMEX. Mr. Audet is the Chairman of the Board of Majescor Resources Inc. & Adventure Gold Inc. as well as a Director of Mazorro Resources Inc., three publicly-traded junior mining exploration companies.  Mr. Audet is also a Director of Pediment Exploration Inc., a publicly-traded mining exploration company.

Judith T. Mazvihwa-MacLean, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Judith T. Mazvihwa- MacLean has over 16 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining, management, finance and senior leadership. Prior to joining Everton Resources Inc., she was the CFO for Logan Resources Ltd., and Acme Resources  Inc. (formerly, International KRL Resources Corp.) from 2002 and Golden Harp Resources Inc. from 2006. She also served on the Boards of both Logan Resources Ltd. and Acme Resources Ltd. From 2001 through 2002, she was the Exploration Geologist for Cumberland Resources Ltd. and Northgate Resources Ltd. in Canada. Previous to this, she was the Section Head and Section Geologist at Turk Mine and Queens Mine, Casmyn Mining Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd. and a Field Geologist for Prospecting Ventures Ltd., a subsidiary of Anglo-American Corp. in Zimbabwe. Mrs. Mazvihwa- MacLean has a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of Zimbabwe, a Masters of Science from Brunel University in the United Kingdom and a Masters of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, Canada. She earned the Certified Management Accountant designation from the Certified Management Accountants Society of British Columbia, Canada, in 2008.

Robert Wheatley, Vice-President of Exploration and Acquisitions

Mr. Wheatley's career encompasses over thirty-five years of diversified mineral exploration in 21 countries.   In his recent role as director of North and Central America Exploration for Yamana Gold Inc., Mr. Wheatley was responsible for technical and managerial oversight of over 12 projects with a budget of 12 million dollars and 75 people. He is also currently president of Adit Resources, a private US exploration company.

Mr. Wheatley holds a bachelor of science degree, geological engineering from the University Arizona and an executive master of business administration degree from the Colorado Technical University . He is a registered professional geologist by the state of Utah and has professional affiliations with the Society of Exploration Geologists, Northwest Mining Association, Geological Society of Nevada, PDAC, and AME-BC.
